A&O Care Solutions Inc. is a group of support specialists that offer vulnerable members of the community a variety of supports. Our main objective is to celebrate individuality and assist people in their daily lives by offering them direct, practical support.

At A&O Care Solutions, we promote independence by helping children, youth and adults reach their full potential and by helping them improve their social, everyday life, and community involvement skills. Behaviour Support

Developmental Disabilities (Children, Youth and Adults)

Respite & Urgent Response Support

Providing comprehensive and organized supports to clients with aggressive and challenging Behaviours. Our Behaviour Support Workers/Specialists follow and implement Support Plans created based on the needs of the individuals with the intention of imparting socially acceptable and replacement behaviors. To give children, youth and adults the best care and safety possible, our team members are also trained on Crisis Intervention/Prevention Training (CIT/CPI) which enables them to recognize triggers, and antecedents before problem solving based on support plans.

A&O Care Solutions provides a range of support services that will help people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities to reach their full potential in their communities. Our team of developmental support workers are highly trained in home and community settings.

A&O Care Solutions provide support to clients in the community with behavioural needs. We also provide temporary relief to primary caregivers of children, youth, and adults with a developmental or physical disability. Our support professionals are knowledgeable and passionate about working with individuals with complex needs.

At A&O Care Solutions, we understand that preserving daily routines and individual dignity is essential to our clients' overall health. Our RNs, RPNs, and PSWs are there to assist you, regardless of your age or need for personal care. We provide your loved one with personal care so they may remain independent and comfortable in their own home while we assist them with everyday living activities. Our caregivers are educated not only to provide physical help but also to provide compassionate companionship because they understand the importance of social connection and emotional support in day-to-day care.

Senior/Aged Care

With a strong foundation in experience, A&O Care Solutions recognizes the significance of aligning individuals possessing the appropriate abilities with our client's distinct preferences and requirements. Our commitment is to deliver individualized, flexible, and expert services that are customized to each client's prosperity and well-being. We support organizations and families with Behaviour Specialists/Support Workers, Developmental Support Workers, Personal Support Workers, and Nurses.

Our staffs have great accomplishments, a strong commitment, and a wealth of experience. They are carefully chosen by A&O Care Solutions. We work with individuals, families, and organizations in need of support for children, Youth and Adults with Behavioural needs, Developmental support, Personal support and medical support.

Our staffs have the following:

• A Valid Diploma or Degree in related field

• Have a minimum of two years experience in related field.

• Possess expertise in specialized care for individuals with disabilities and mental health needs.

• Current CPR & First Aid Certification.

• Have training in Crisis Prevention/Intervention Training/Safe Management

• Medical screening if required.

• Criminal Reference check including vulnerable sector screening.

• A Valid Driver’s License, Insurance, and a Driving Record Check.
